Friday update

Food
* Mushrooms and omlette
* Coffee
* Vegie stir fry (small serve)
* Salad with tuna (small serve)
- Other than water, I had 2x filtered down grapefruit juices

No snacks, no desserts!

Exercise
* 1 hour of yoga

Saturday morning weight loss total:
2.1kg!
