Did a 5km run this afternoon, was fairly easy and managed to take almost 3 minutes off my best time so far (35:51) to get 33:04!

Really could've done better... but that's okay, I only need to take like 37 seconds a km off my pace to get to my goal of under 30 minutes! So doable in the next couple of months.

Weigh in this morning was well under 3kg, but the weight loss has consistently been at 3kg so I'm leaving it as that until I see consistently under it.
